Returns & Cancellations Policy

All items sold by Glassique are bespoke, made-to-order, and customised to your specifications. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, bespoke goods are exempt from standard cancellation and return rights.

1. Order Cancellation

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the product is faulty or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Your notification must include:

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

  • A detailed description of the problem

We will assess your claim and work with you to resolve the issue promptly
